DIVORCE

Almost nothing compares to the pain, anguish, and expense of going through a divorce.  In general, it is one of life's most unpleasant experiences.  From issues relating to money, assets, and debts to the difficult issues surrounding child custody, child support, and working out a parenting plan, few things are as emotionally charged and draining.

Fortunately, Frazier Law is here to help and guide you through this terrible ordeal.  We will work towards a successful resolution of your case.  We pay careful attention to every aspect of your case, so as to effectively address your needs and bring them to the attention of the court.  We are dedicated to fighting for your rights in and out of the courtroom.

As your divorce attorney, Frazier Law will keep you up to date on the status of your case, including all hearings and negotiations.  We want you to be well-informed so that you are in control of your case and able to make good decisions based on sound legal advice.  In addition, we will return your phone calls and emails in a timely manner.  If minor children are involved, we will assist you in your child support and custody matters.

Another option offered by Frazier Law is that of an uncontested divorce.  This is a type of divorce for those couples who choose to resolve divorce matters, such as child custody and support, in a more amicable fashion.  The uncontested divorce process can be used to resolve many divorce issues in ways that are less invasive than traditional court proceedings.   Instead of having adversarial custody battles in court, you and your spouse decide together what is best for you and your children. Each side comes to an agreement, eliminating a "loser" in court decisions.  However, an uncontested divorce only works when there is no issue in dispute.

Whether the divorce involves substantial assets that are highly contested or involves a short-term marriage with hopes of dissolution on an uncontested basis, you owe it to yourself, your assets, and/or your children to fully understand your legal rights and options under Kentucky divorce laws.
